Hello and welcome to my site!
I'm Orlando, a 19 year old property sourcing agent and property investor from Nottingham. I started sourcing property deals for clients in 2023 and haven't looked back since!
Why property?
My love for property started briefly as a child as I was fascinated by architecture but as I got older I found more passion for the business and development side of property.
Why did you become a sourcer?
I chose to become a sourcer because the best way to learn about something is to take action and me helping clients find deals is not only rewarding but also helps me with my long term goal of being a full-time large scale developer.
